I'm a person-centred counsellor but will also integrate other approaches into my counselling as appropriate. I offer one-to-one support for adults who are looking for a safe and supportive space to explore what’s going on in their lives. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low, or simply unsure of where to turn, counselling can be a powerful step toward greater clarity, healing, and self-understanding. Whatever you're going through, you don’t have to face it alone.
At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has the inner resources to grow, heal, and find their own answers — given the right conditions. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment where you can talk freely, be truly heard, and begin to connect more deeply with yourself. We can explore what is happening, or has happened, in your life, your feelings, challenges, aspirations. We can work towards greater self-awareness and emotional wellbeing, empowering you to feel more confident in facing life’s challenges and supporting you to create meaningful, positive change.
Our sessions will move at your pace. There’s no pressure, no agenda — just space for you to bring whatever you need to, in your own time. My role is not to diagnose or direct, but to walk alongside you as you explore what matters most to you. I am here to help you navigate your journey toward healing and growth.
